The Congress will take place in the facilities of Hotel Hyatt Regency
Acapulco. We managed a very attractive package for a Hotel with such features.
That's why we're inviting all the Congress' participants
to stay in the venue hotel, who also offers a very economic price for those who
plan to arrive in the night before the Congress (November,
2nd) or the days after (Novembre, 7-9th).
The reservations and payments will be managed only through the Organizing Committee,
please follow the instructions and fill the form.

To place a package reservation, it's mandatory a $1,000.00 (one
thousand
pesos 00/100 M.N.) deposit per person, not later than August, 29th,
and
the total cost of the Hotel Package should be fully paid by September
24th

Those who plan to reserve for the night Sunday, November 2nd or
the weekend after the Congress, the hotel offers a special fee (food
not included).
All deposits will be made to your personal package account and SMB
invoices will be addressed to the Institution or person indicated
in your note together with your bank deposit. All receipts will
be delivered at the registration desk.
Please make extra-day payments directly to the hotel, mentioning
the special Congress fee.
All late reservations will depend on availability basis, given the
limited number of rooms reserved by the Congress.

The organizing Committee is not responsible for those reservations
made independently. The Committee will exclusively manage the Congress
Package, all extra charges will be paid independently at the check
out.
Hotel payment
When
sharing a room, please indicate in the fax including your bank deposit
receipt, the name (s) of the person (s) sharing the room with you,
otherwise you'll be assigned other persons. Please also indicate if
you prefer a smoking or non-smoking room.
If you can't find a room-mate or decide to not to share, we reserve
the right to assign you a single room at the special Congress rates.
For additional services such as telephone calls, mini-bar, etc., a
voucher will be open at the check-in and full payment of the corresponding
expenses should be covered when checking-out.

Check-out: 13:00 hours
Early arrivals: The hotel will do its best to assign rooms before
the established check-in hour.
Cancellations
Each cancellation will cause charges subject to the following policies:
Up to August, 29th a 90% .
From August 30th to Sept. 24th, 50% refund.
From September 25th, no refunds.
